தமிழ்நாட்டில் சட்டம் ஒழுங்கைக் கட்டுக்குள் கொண்டுவர வலியுறுத்தி திமுக தலைவர் கலைஞர் கடிதம்.....!

சென்னை: தமிழகத்தில் சட்டம்-ஒழுங்கை பாதுகாக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என மத்திய அரசுக்கு தி.மு.க. தலைவர் கருணாநிதி கடிதம் எழுதியுள்ளார்.

இதுகுறித்து, அவர் குடியரசுத் தலைவர், பிரதமர், உள்துறை அமைச்சர் உள்ளிடோருக்கு எழுதியுள்ள கடிதத்தில், ''தமிழகத்தில் சட்டம்-ஒழுங்கு பெரும் அளவு பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தி.மு.க அலுவலகங்கள், சுப்பிரமணிய சுவாமியின் வீடு மீது தாக்குதல் நடந்துள்ளது. அ.தி.மு.க.வினரின் தாக்குதலை காவல்துறையினர் கண்டுகொள்ளவில்லை.

எனவே, தமிழகத்தில் சட்டம்-ஒழுங்கை பாதுகாக்க உரிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும்'' எனக் கூறியுள்ளார்.

Respected Sir,
You must be aware of to-days developments in the State of Tamil Nadu pursuant to the Judgment passed by the Hon’ble Special Court, Bangalore in the Disproportionate Assets Case against Selvi J. Jayalalithaa and others.
The State is now witnessing large scale violence leading to Law and Order problems due to the conviction of the State Chief Minister as the Ruling A.I.A.D.M.K. Party Cadres are going on scot-free targeting the D.M.K. Leaders, Functionaries, Party offices and their Residences throughout the State of Tamil Nadu.
They have also attacked the B.J.P. Leader, Thiru Subramanian Swami’s Chennai Residence, for being the complainant in this case. They are also attacking the innocent public and destroying the public properties with an intention to instill fear and panic in the minds of the public. The Media is also not spared while covering the various violent incidences in the State.
AIADMK Cadres are indulging in large scale violence and the Police are silent spectators to these lawless acts of their Party men. The Police in the State are not in a position to handle the situation and the People in Tamil Nadu are living in grip of fear. There is a complete break-down of Constitutional Machinery in the State of Tamil Nadu. Unless stringent measures are taken immediately by the State Police and military Administration, we fear for the safety of the people in Tamilnadu. If the present situation is allowed to continue, the state may witness worsening off law and order situation which will be a grave threat to the citizen’s life and property.
Under these circumstances, I request your good-self to intervene and take appropriate measures forthwith to restore the Law and Order and to ensure public peace, tranquility and safety to the citizens and to their properties in the State of Tamil Nadu.
I also request your goodself to take action against the erring police officials who are hand in glove with the AIADMK Cadres and perpetuating the violence, aiding, abetting and failing to check the violators.
